Since only in this container all fermentation, maturation and aging steps can be completed. The grapes can be brought directly through a stainless door in the container. Oxygen enrichment during alcoholic fermentation allows the development of phenolic compounds, polymerization of tannins and better aromatic evolution. The rotation system at 360 degrees helps to homogenize the liquid and solid, resulting in more intense fermentation. The emptying takes place by lifting the substructure in the direction of the press and at the same time turning the container.
